CowboyFX LLC operates the CanaCopy information website. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” mean CowboyFX LLC. These terms apply to your use of this website and its product information, illustrations and documentation.
By using the website, you agree to these website terms. The privacy notice explains information handling; it is not a request for consent to unrelated processing. These terms do not replace a software license or your agreements with NinjaTrader, a broker, a provider or a trading firm.
2. Product information and availability
This website provides information about a local Windows NinjaTrader add-on in development. It does not provide account registration, broker sign-in, checkout, public software downloads or trading controls. Its interactive illustration uses fictional accounts and cannot place trades.
Pending NinjaTrader approval. Features, test results and roadmaps describe their stated builds and scope. Planned work is not a promise of a release date, availability, platform permission or future functionality. See licensing and availability for the current position.
There is no purchase or subscription to cancel or refund through this website. These terms create no paid service, subscription, refund policy or entitlement to a beta package.
3. Use the website responsibly
You may browse the site and use its information to evaluate CanaCopy. Do not use the site to break the law, infringe others’ rights, impersonate CowboyFX LLC or another person, distribute malicious code, bypass access controls, or interfere with the site or other visitors. Do not attempt to obtain private accounts, credentials, source files or services through the website.
We may restrict abusive traffic or suspend site access for security, maintenance or legal reasons. This does not alter rights you already hold under a separate software license.
4. Website material and separate licenses
Website text, design, branding and illustrations are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may make reasonable personal or internal evaluation copies while retaining attribution and notices. The original CanaCopy NinjaTrader beta source retains its existing Apache License, Version 2.0, and accompanying notices. These website terms do not revoke, narrow or replace rights under that license or any other applicable open-source license. Private repository access does not change the stated source license. Third-party names and marks identify their respective products and owners. Their appearance does not imply an affiliation, endorsement, certification or approval of CanaCopy.
5. Information, trading decisions and external links
Site content is general product information, not personalized investment, trading, legal or tax advice. No illustration, feature or test result is a recommendation to enter a trade or a promise of profit, a fill, account eligibility or a payout. Read the trading and beta risk disclosure before evaluating the software.
External websites and third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, availability or decisions. Verify current provider requirements directly with the relevant provider.

Updated website terms will be published on this page with a new effective date and version. Changes apply from their stated effective date and do not retroactively alter an existing separate agreement.
