1. What the website uses
Cookies are small values a website can store in your browser. Local storage and session storage are other browser-storage mechanisms. The current CanaCopy website application does not set cookies or store illustration selections in local storage or session storage. The copy-mode selection stays in the open page and is not a trading instruction.
There are no login, shopping-cart or advertising cookies implemented by the site. Your browser may still cache ordinary website files. Cloudflare’s network services are described separately below.
2. Cloudflare Web Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics uses a browser script to measure page use and performance. The script loads from static.cloudflareinsights.com and sends measurements to a Cloudflare analytics endpoint. Reports include page views and timing information, with dimensions such as page path, referrer, country and browser or device category.
Cloudflare states that these analytics do not use cookies or local storage, fingerprint individuals, or track individual visitors across customers’ websites. Read its Web Analytics description and collection documentation.
3. Hosting and security technologies
Cloudflare also delivers and protects the website. Depending on the protection applied to a request, Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies or browser challenges to distinguish legitimate traffic and remember a completed challenge. For example, a challenge can use cf_clearance, while enabled bot protection can use __cf_bm. These are separate from cookie-free Web Analytics; their inclusion here does not mean every visitor receives them.
Their use and lifetime depend on the enabled feature. Cloudflare documents current cookie names, purposes and lifetimes in its cookie reference. Network requests also involve technical processing even when no cookie is set, as explained in our privacy notice.
4. Your browser choices
Your browser can show, block or delete cookies and other stored site data. Privacy extensions or script controls may block the analytics beacon. Clearing cookies does not itself stop cookie-free analytics, and blocking browser analytics does not stop a hosting provider from processing the requests needed to serve the site.
Blocking required security technologies may cause repeated challenges or prevent access. There is no CanaCopy advertising-cookie preference to set on the current site. We do not treat continued browsing as consent to introduce optional advertising or other tracking.
5. Updates and questions
We will update this notice when the website’s use of these technologies changes, with a revised effective date and version. Any new technology requiring consent under applicable law requires that consent before its use. For questions about the current site, contact CowboyFX LLC.
